How do I order?

I am only taking orders through my website. If it's sold out, it's not available right now.

Where is my order?

If you made a successful payment and received a confirmation email, it is in process and will be shipped when it's completed. Please allow 1-2 business days for packing and shipping. You will get a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

​​Please note: not all pieces survive the glassblowing process. If your order is taking longer than expected, there may be a delay in production.

Do you take custom/special orders?

Do you sell wholesale?

Can I reserve, pre-order, or hold items?

No, not at this time.

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if there was an issue with your order, please email shannieartandglass@gmail.com

My shipment was damaged. What do I do?

If your shipment arrived damaged, contact me via email ASAP at shannieartandglass@gmail.com

Please send photo documentation via email, I can remake or replace your item for no extra charge.

Please make sure you read the description of the items you are purchasing and know when to expect your items. All pieces are handmade which means there can be variations in color, size, and shape.
